I. Return policy

If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, we will offer you a product return policy provided you comply with the following return policy:

If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

2. Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged or unbranded?

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.

Branded items are non-returnable and free gifts are non-returnable.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, you will receive an email confirming the return. If the return does not qualify for the return policy and is refused, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

We will not accept returns if we find the products unusual or the return does not comply with our return policy or if the items returned are different from the original return request or the items The returned item does not match your order. We may have to refuse your order.

5. Transportation

Shipping costs to return the package will be paid by you.

You may consider sending the item back to us using a shipping method to track the status of your order.

II. Refund policy

Refund period is within 30 days from the date of receipt of the customer’s returned goods.

3. Late or missing refunds

In case you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again then contact your credit company, it may take some time before your refund is posted official.
